I led the revamp of the entire marketing approach, website, and digital content. I also recruited the teams to support this work in the future across New York and Texas headquarters.

Early research of the old site told us customers’ perceptions of Chase didn’t match the info they saw, so we redesigned things with an encouraging and educational approach. A clean lifestyle look, as well as estimation tools, instilled more trust in the brand than before.

Outdoor and digital touchpoints further conveyed Chase’s unmatched service. Instagram stories contextually welcomed new customers with useful insights to pre-qualify and start discussions with an advisor.
Pre-qualification and loan origination saw an increase by more than 23% in the first quarter.
